If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email, you can still cancel your order up to the point of despatch, usually by 3pm on the day of ordering, or if the order was made later than this, 3pm the following day. Please email your cancellation marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the title and ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email. If you are unable to email then you may call 01454 838667 but we will require written notice of cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns, Refunds & Replacements procedure as below. Please note that once single magazines have been despatched we cannot cancel or refund an order.
Once we’ve received notification from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum charged by us will be credited to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice being received.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
For subscriptions you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund provided that you exercise your right within 14 working days after the day on which you receive the first magazine of your subscription. Any magazine(s) received must be returned in an unused condition at your cost within 28 days of receipt.
For single issues you are not entitled to a refund.
Non Magazine products including books and gifts
If you are not satisfied with any product you may return the item for a full refund or replacement. You must return the goods in their original sale condition (seals intact, clothing tags still attached) to Juno Publishing Ltd at Elms Farm, Upper Tockington Road, Tockington BRISTOL BS32 4LQ
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods that you intend to return them. You must return the goods within 28 days of receipt. Where the item is shown to be defective we will either refund or replace the item and compensate any postage costs.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible after the order is placed. Items are usually sent 2nd Class Royal Mail within the UK. You should allow 14 days for delivery. If you have not received the full contents of your order, or communication from us that your order is delayed, then you MUST contact us within 28 days of your order to tell us. Failure to inform us within 28 days may invalidate any claim for replacement.
